Words of Advice

I have to give you fair warning. You WILL encounter resistance, and negative attitudes directed towards you by others. Whenever, people start to become enlightened, feel better, noticeably advance themselves, and enjoy life, others are quick to discredit and attack them. Don't let anyone! Anyone! including yourself, detour you from your dreams!! The `ukulele can be YOUR voice, and no one has a right to take that away from you.

There are people in your life who are of lesser character who want you to massage their doubts, and insecurities. They are scared that you will become more successful, then they are. They want you to sacrifice your drive, your ambition, and your love, so they can maintain a position of power over you, and keep your where you are at.

There is nothing you can do to help these people. They are prisoners of their OWN ideas. Don't let them frighten you. "Nothing can frighten you, if you refuse to be afraid." -- Gandhi. You must fight for your freedom, then and only then will you start to live.  "You must do the things you think you cannot do ...
